Pottering

One thing I really miss about my home is my garden.  Not a day went past that I wasn't outside with my little tots planting, digging, watering or just admiring. I miss it, lots!
A little garden therapy is always good for the soul, so a weekend visit to the nursery was quite a treat.  A few lettuce seedlings, some pots of spring colour, some digging, watering and planting and we're all feeling a little refreshed again.

  1. They will probably do better there too without the burning heat up here searing everything to a crisp. Lovely to see you back into it. That Laura is quite the bonny darling!

  2. I have never been a gardener as such but I understand what you mean. I used to spend hours in my mothers and mother in laws gardens admiring how beautiful they were. My efforts so far haven't been that great but still I perservere.

  7. Oh to live without a garden would be like removing a limb, it is such a comfort and a joy. We rent here but I treat the garden as my own. Love your pots of colour.

  8. Small scale gardening is still good therapy Karen. I'm sure things will all work out and you will have a garden again one day soon.
Look at your little Laura - she is certainly blooming! Great spring colours all round. cheers Wendy

  9. I had been wondering how you were going without your garden. Great to see some planting going on and to read how it's making you feel. That little girl in her demin is looking pretty cute!
