  3. I am making Fetta. It is the easiest of all hard cheese to make, so easy in fact, that I havn't made any other cheese yet because my fetta is so easy and soooo good! It will be ready to eat in just three days...This was going to be my Christmas batch but I don't think it will make it..Hot nights mean lots of Greek Salads with Dinner...

  4. I hope you get a cow too..........wouldnt that just be great...milk that you actually knew what was in it and what was done to it....
    Cheese and butter the same......mmmm
    I still remember the taste of 'real' milk..lol..so much different to the white water in the shops..........x
